Ultimate Karaoke - Terms & Conditions of entry

• All entrants must be 18 years of age and over unless a lower age limit has been specified for an event. Anyone found to be under 18 years of age or the age limit will be disqualified from the competition.

• The winners of the heats automatically qualify for the final.

• There will be prizes on the finals night only unless specified. The heats are for qualification purposes only.

• If you do not arrive and book in at the venue on your selected date by the time specified, your place will be let to the next available person from the venue who wishes to take part. Should you not be able to make the booking in time, but can make the start of the competition you must inform the presenter by telephone or via text message and your place in the competition will be held.

• By submitting a list of three songs, it will help us to avoid clashing songs on the evening of the competition, however, this is a rarity if this happens. You will be contacted nearer the date of your heat to confirm which song you would like to perform. Ultimate Karaoke will do their very best to accommodate you, so everybody who takes part in the competition stands the best chance of winning the competition they enter.

• There can be no late entries on the night. Once the bookings have been closed, no more entrants can be taken. However you can book in at the venue for another week.

• There is no limit to the amount of times you can enter. However, you may only book into a competition one week at a time. You cannot block book five weeks or so to secure your booking. In the event that you do not succeed in making it through to the final from your heat, you may re-book at the venue or re-book online at www.ultimatekaraoke.co.uk.

• There is no entrance fee for any competition unless stated on the competitions page.

• The winner’s prize from the final cannot be exchanged for another prize or a cash alternative.

• The judges’ decision is final.

• Ultimate Karaoke, S. M. Entertainments or any presenters of the competitions are in no way liable for any loss of earnings incurred while taking part in our competitions.
